By booking a service with TIME TO SHINE, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.
Payments
Payment is due on completion of service through our accepted digital payment methods. Membership fees are billed per the chosen plan.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a wash, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
