Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot — tap "Cancel booking" or "Reschedule" under My bookings on our website, or message us on WhatsApp. Any coupon or referral credit used on a cancelled booking is returned to your account. Within 2 hours of the slot, please call or WhatsApp us. Re-wash guarantee Not satisfied? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-do the affected areas free of charge. Refunds For one-time services, any advance paid is refunded to the original method within 5–7 working days if we can't deliver the service and a re-wash isn't suitable. Most services are pay-after-service. Memberships Memberships can be cancelled anytime; the unused portion is refunded pro-rata (based on washes remaining), less any first-month benefit used.
